How long does a branding project typically take?
Most brand identity projects take between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on scope. A logo and core identity can be turned around in 2 weeks, while a full brand system with guidelines usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. I'll agree on a clear timeline with you at the start of every project.
What's your design process?
Every project starts with a discovery phase, understanding your business, audience, and goals. From there, I move through concept development, design, refinement, and final delivery. You'll have clear checkpoints throughout, so there are no surprises.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Typically 2 - 3 rounds of revisions are included, depending on the project. I find this is usually more than enough when the brief is clear from the start. Additional rounds can be arranged if needed.
What file formats will I receive?
You'll receive all the files you need, typically print-ready PDFs, high-res PNGs, SVGs, and editable source files (AI or Figma). I make sure everything is packaged clearly and ready to use across all your applications.
Do I own the final designs?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, all intellectual property and usage rights are transferred to you. You own your brand.
How do you handle pricing?
Projects are priced based on scope rather than hourly rates — so you know exactly what you're getting before we start. We'll provide a clear quote after an initial conversation. For ongoing work, retainer options are also available.
Can you work with tight deadlines?
Yes, rush turnaround is possible for most project types. Depending on current workload, a fast-track fee may apply. Get in touch and we'll always do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Do you work with agencies and studios?
Absolutely. Trade outsource work is a big part of what we do. We work on a white-label basis with agencies needing overflow support, branding execution, or specialist design resource. Full discretion is always maintained.
